Mission

The message and mission of SU4R is to provide quality education, motivation, and shared experience in attempts to reduce stigma that heavily exists towards a person's mental response that can occur after experiencing traumatic events in the workplace.

Consequently, facing the reality of mental trauma that follows can be life changing. Struggles of mental health should be normalized, not ostracized. The mission includes delivering information to help others understand the What, Why, and How of the psychological and physiological aspects of mental health effects.

Whether presenting to small or large audiences, SU4R offers program delivery with comprehensive knowledge covering psychological and explaining physiological content. Perfect for in-services or for providing resources for peer support following stressful events.

SU4R is not limited to first responder audiences. Events can be effective in areas of health care services, industrial services, corporate environments, individual communities communities, such as LGBTQ+, spouses, youth, or more.
Material can be customized based on topic or specific need.

SU4R is NOT therapy. We are not intended to take place of clinical intervention. We are here to stand up for the proactive cause for mental health awareness
